Deliveries and Returns Policy

We endevor to send out all orders placed before 15.00hrs the same day for a 24 - 48 hour delivery. We can not be held responsible for any delayed / late deliveries as all deliveries are carried out by sub contracted transport companies.

All orders over £20 net are deliverd free of charge and orders under this are normally charged at £7.00 net.

Please note some orders over 25kg may be subject to a small surcharge, for which we will contact you prior to desatching your order.

All returns due to client error must be returned at the clients cost in the original packaging, undamaged and unused to be eligable for a full refund.

Vantege Tools must be informed of any items  damaged upon delivery within 24 hours to be eligable for a full refund.

Any items that are found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired/exchanged at Vantage Tool Company's cost upon verification by us. Please note that any tool returned due to being defective in any way, to be later found to be defective due to neglect or misuse on behalf of the purchaser, will be chargeable for  repair work, replaced parts or in full if a completely new replacement tool is required.
